I ship orders every Friday morning, every week.

The items are all shipped from São Paulo, Brazil. They are shipped with a tracking number, which you will receive in your email as soon as your package has been sent.

International tracked packages take around 10-15 days to arrive. Tracked packages to Brazilian states take a maximum of 5 days to arrive. The pandemic has slightly affected delivery times for some countries, so please forgive any potential delays. Please reach out to me if you have any issues with your delivery!

Sure! Just go to the "Contact" link and send me an email specifying your request with as much information as possible. There are some subjects that I am not comfortable working on, however most requests should be fine!
